| เงื่อนไขการรับประกันทั่วไป |
- บริษัทฯ รับประกันสินค้าในระยะเวลา 1 ปี นับจากวันที่ส่งสินค้าและติดตั้ง
- บริษัทฯ จะรับผิดชอบต่อความชำรุดบกพร่องอันเนื่องมาจากการผลิตของโรงงาน
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลื่ยนแปลงค่าบริการและค่าอะไหล่โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งลูกค้าให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
- กรณีถ้าเครื่องมีปัญหาฝ่ายช่างจะออกให้บริการภายใน 1 3 วัน
- ในช่วงระยะเวลารับประกันทางบริษัทฯ จะเข้าไปตรวจเช็คเครื่องจักรทุก ๆ 3 เดือน
- หากเกินระยะเวลาการให้รับประกันเครื่องจักร ทางบริษัทฯจะคิดเงินค่าอะไหล่ ที่เสียหาย และค่าบริการ
- ในกรณีที่เครื่องจักรหมดการรับประกันแล้วแต่ลูกค้าต้องการทำสัญญาต่อทางบริษัทฯจะคิดค่าตรวจเช็คเครื่อง 10,000 บาท / ปี โดยเข้าไปตรวจเช็ค 4 ครั้ง / ปี ทางบริษัทฯ จะคิดแต่ค่าอะไหล่ที่เสียหาย จะไม่คิดค่าออกไปบริการต่อครั้ง

| เงื่อนไขและข้อยกเว้นไม่รับประกัน |
- กรณีลูกค้าซื้อเครื่องจักรทุกรุ่นของบริษัท ไทยคริปตอน จำกัดแต่ใช้หิน-น้ำยา ของบริษัทฯอื่น บริษัทฯจะไม่รับผิดชอบหากเกิดยางสึกกร่อน เพราะสินค้าบริษัทฯอื่นมีส่วนทำให้เครื่องจักรเกิดปัญหาดังกล่าวได้
- อาการเสียหายหรือความเสียหายหรือการทำงานที่ผิดปกติอันเนื่องมาจากภัยธรรมชาติ เช่น ไฟไหม้ น้ำท่วม แผ่นดินไหว หรือเนื่องจากการใช้ไฟฟ้าผิดไปจากที่บริษัทฯกำหนด
- ความเสียหายอันเนื่องมาจากอุบัติเหตุ การใช้งานผิดวิธี การซ่อมบำรุง การติดตั้ง การปรับหรือการดัดแปลงที่ไม่เหมาะสม หรือความประมาทซึ่งเข้าใจคลาดเคลื่อนไปจากขั้นตอนกระบวนการใช้ซึ่งระบุในคู่มีอการใช้เครื่อง
- เครื่องจักรซึ่งถูกถอดชิ้นส่วนหรือได้รับการซ่อมแซมจากพนักงานใดๆ ที่ไม่ใช่พนักงานจาก บริษัท ไทยคริปตอน จำกัด
- หมายเลขเครื่องถูกลบ ขีดฆ่า แก้ไขหรือทำลายและใบรับประกันเครื่องถูกแก้ไขหรือลบทิ้งไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ
- ยกเว้นการรับประกันเนื่องจากไฟฟ้าลัดวงจร
- ยกเว้นการรับประกันลูกปืนแตกอันเนื่องมาจากเครื่องจักรไม่มีจารบี

PRODUCT WARRANTY GUIDE |
- The warranty period of this product is 1 year from the date of purchase covering both labor and parts.
- Only defected caused by production and manufacturing process are warranty.
- Thai Cripton Co.,Ltd reserve the right to change a service fee and the part for repairing.
- In case the machine has something wrong, it will be checked by THAI CRIPTON authorized technician within 1-3 days.
- In the warranty period THAI CRIPTON authorized technicians will be sent to check the machine 3 month / time.
- Thai Cripton Co.,Ltd reserve the right to charge a service fee for out of warranty repair / service of any nature and shall not be deemed liable if the condition are not met.
- For out of warranty period If the customer need more warranty period must pay 10,000 ฿ / Year and the customer will get free a service fee, THAI CRIPTON authorized technician will go to check the machine is broken.

| THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY. |
- The warranty does not cover for the rubber coating of every machine if the customers do not use Thai Cripton compound and media.
- Defect loose, damage or malfunction as a result of fire, flood or other nature accident or wrong usage of electrical supply & voltage.
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, maintenance, installation, alteration or modification, or failure of the purchaser to follow normal operating procedures outlined in the user manual.
- Repaired by any person other than a THAI CRIPTON authorized technician.
- If any equipment / product which has its serial number removed or made illegible and this warranty card is being altered defaced or erased in any manner whatsoever.
- Except warranty in case over current.
- Except warranty in case barring break because of there is no grease in machine.
